How does it work?
The tool has the following process:
It is a tool developed in collaboration with Global Compact Red Colombia to establish an analysis of the adoption of ten values in people and organizations.
The report provides an evaluation of the team for each value, and provides an interpretation depending on the average level of the team and the current gaps. It also generates guidelines for the creation of an action plan to consolidate the adoption of these values within the organization.
