How does it work?

The tool has the following process:

The tool has a bank of six specific work climate dimensions, which have 42 variables that provide the flexibility to choose which ones apply to your organization.

The climate is presented in different categories and has a variety of items. This allows the client to configure the instrument according to the measurement needs required. Finally, the platform generates a report with three recommendations for those variables that have opportunities for improvement within the organization.
