How does it work?
The tool has the following process:
The tool’s clusters have a bank of 155 personal skills and 3,456 behaviors. Clients can choose which of these are the most relevant, according to the focus of their strategies, for the development of their people.
The tool allows the creation of ratings from 90 to 360 degrees. It also provides overall averages of dimensions (clusters), strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
With the opportunities for improvement, guidelines are provided for the construction of a development plan.
Complementary product: By using Clavis in conjunction with Ludere, a cross panel is activated that crosses the current development of the evaluated competencies and their performance (known as Nine Box). In this panel, it is possible to observe how to enhance these competencies and thus improve the performance of the organization.
